Stephen Agnew

Stephen is a technically skilled and creative Editor and Director. With extensive experience in both the music and advertising industry, he has developed an overarching understanding of prevailing trends, technology and aesthetics, equally enjoying the challenge of creating ‘pure’ concepts as well as insight-driven creative responses. Stephen possesses an acute knowledge of audience consumption patterns with an active interest in how the landscape is changing, being able to direct and customise content for individual platforms.

Proficient in FCP and Adobe Suite with a wealth of on set, prep and post production experience, Stephen’s work has been nominated for several industry awards and viewed by millions of people across many platforms, both on and off line. His whole career has been centred around video production and moving image design. He has the ability to comfortably and accurately assess a project’s financial and time implications, and tailor the creative side accordingly.

Theo Gelernter

Self-taught Editor and Director Theo Gelernter (Theo Gee) was studying psychology at university when he discovered passion for film-making. After graduating, Theo cut his teeth at the CBBC working on their weekly music program The Official Chart Show. Music videos he directed and cut have been featured on platforms such as MTV and Kerrang! as well as being editor for ‘We Choose the Safest Way’ that was a health and safety film for ArcelorMittal. It won the 2018 Gold Cannes Award in the Corporate Film & Video category. His most recent video for The Fratellis also reached No.1 on the Itunes charts.

Past couple of years Theo spent in Connected Pictures and within two years went from Editor to Creative Director. While there, Theo was cutting internal films, TVCs, and online content for the range of clients including Virgin Trains, Pfizer, EasyJet /Unicef, Barclays, Visa, Molton Brown and many more.

Theo’s main kit is Adobe Premiere Pro, comfortable using After Effects and Photoshop as well, also  is currently learning Avid. Theo also writes and directs, his first short film “Amber” won Best Short Film at Nottingham ‘Oscars’ and made the official selection for LA Cineast, TMC London Film Festival and Indiewise Film Festival.

Gabriel Larmour

Gabriel is an award-winning editor, self-shooter and photographer based in London. He works predominantly in short form and is able to work comfortably with a wide range of clients. Skilled in Final Cut Pro, Avid – basic, Premiere, Lightroom, Photoshop – he has directed and self-shot TV spots for Barclays Bank, Cancer Research UK and William Hill.

Heavily influenced by the great reportage photographers like Robert Cartier Bresson and Robert Frank, he gets a lot of jobs directing photo shoots and he likes to try and capture moments, feelings and atmosphere as much as possible.

Shooting all over the world, he is very versatile and has a huge amount of experience as an editor as well as a self-shooter in branded content with clients ranging from Peroni Nastro Azzurro to BBC Children in Need, John Frieda, Macmillan, Care International, Barclays Bank, Grolsch and ITN Productions.

David Moya

David is an experienced Editor and Director originally from Barcelona. He is passionate about making creative, engaging and informative films. Over the years he has directed and edited short films, music videos and commercials, working in both Europe and Northern Africa for major clients such as BBC, Discovery Channel, The Telegraph, Disney Channel, Barclays, Jaguar, Top Gear and Nissan amongst others.

Skilled in Adobe Premiere, FCP7, Quantel SQ Edit, David’s meticulous attention to detail and confidence under pressure help make him brilliant plus he’s always up to date with the latest technologies. Recent Clients include Alien Film, THEFRAME25, Imporium, Circuit Pro, Prism Media, Casual Films, Tangerine, BBC Global, Discovery Channel Education.

Dawn Donohoe

Dawn is a senior motion graphics designer with 20+ years of experience across a wide variety of projects and industries, including animations for film trailers, title sequences, TV spots, game cut scenes (including promotional videos), infographics, corporate logos, programmes, news and sports graphics and feature-length VFX.

She is extremely proficient in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, 3d Studio Max and has a good working knowledge of Cinema 4D, Media Encoder and Premiere.

Dawn has tinkered in Audition and Character Animator and has used FCP, Combustion, Digital Fusion, Hal and Shake in the past.

Dawn has been freelancing for many years and has the perfect home set up with Adobe CC, lots of After Effects plugins including Element, Red giant’s Trapcode Suite and Video Co-pilot to name just a few. She has C4D R19 and a version of 3d Studio Max if required. A huge library of other resources, including fonts, and Adobe Stock subscription and a very good broadband connection. Reassuringly she also has professional indemnity and public liability insurance in place.

In short, she’s ready to help remotely with any of your motion graphic needs.

Chris Purcell

Chris is a film maker and Editor with a strong 25 year track record in directing broadcast documentaries, commercials, promos, channel branding spots and short films. His clients have included: BBC, C4, Sky, Discovery Channel, National Geographic, as well as blue chip corporate & government organisations like: Star Alliance, TFL, Omega, Rolex, WWF, UNESCO, Airbus and Alstom.

Chris has received repeated professional recognition for his work with both industry awards and film-festival honours.

Zan Barberton

Zan is a director and editor who started her career working in the branding and communication sector and developed a solid background in broadcast, and a passion for documentary. She is an experienced storyteller – able to easily grasp the editorial needs of a project – whether that be the pace and wit of a primetime TV show, the emotional arc of a documentary or the more specific needs of a non-broadcast project.

Behind the camera Zan is a competent operator who understands how to shoot for the edit. She is experienced at putting people at ease in front of the camera and getting great results from pretty much any interviewee. All of the camerawork she creates is beautiful and striking.

Recent clients include Blink Films, Knickerbockerglory, BBC, ITV, Al Jazeera, Raw Cut, Steadfast Television, Heirloom Media.

Adam Rowley

Adam is a multi-skilled and adaptive editor.

Having started his professional TV life as a news editor at Sky, he went on to produce and edit promos and commercials for this renowned broadcaster, before going out into the big wide world to produce, direct, shoot and above all, edit for a whole host of clients big and small.

Over twenty years, he has worked for a huge variety of clients, including BBC, ITV, Sky, Viasat, Disney, Millicom, Home Office, Radley Yeldar, Dentsu Aegis, MTV, QVC, Orange, WeCreate, NBC Universal and many many more, as well as lots of smaller companies and charities

Proficient in all NLE programs, he currently favours Premiere Pro with some After Effects.  With awards for editing, producing and copywriting, he can turn his hand to a story with a nuanced understanding of narrative and pacing, a pragmatic understanding of client needs, an ability to absorb complex information, and a healthy sense of humour.

Adam has his own kit and can provide remote editing services to clients.

He lives in London but is happy to travel.

Jordan Copeland

Jordan is a short-form specialist whom Blueberry has represented for more than a decade. Clients value his speed, creativity, and confidence with music; across a diverse range of media, he continues to regularly inspire glowing recommendations and repeat bookings.

Despite starting out in feature documentaries, and then spending a few years editing TV, Jordan now most enjoys delivering for social platforms, and is often employed to make a big impression on short attention spans.

Jonathan Briggs

A highly creative individual, Jonathan is a talented polymath whose skills include directing, motion graphic design, editing, colour grading and VFX. Experienced in managing large teams, he excels in a challenging, fast paced environment. Jonathan also has an impressive technical background with Adobe creative suite, Avid, Final Cut Pro and FCPX, all to a very high standard.

A dynamic and imaginative individual,  he is continually creating stylish, innovative and visually striking pieces. He is diligent and meticulous and has very high personal quality standards for the work that he produces for high end clients all around the world. Among others, he has worked: on a ‘Peroni’ cinema advert for The Bank, music videos for Bow Records/Modular Records, McDonalds commercials, short promos for Tesco, L’Oreal and Maybelline and documentaries for a wide range of clients.



Rob Finlay

Rob is an award-winning freelance editor and filmmaker through and through, with skills in editing, shooting, directing and producing. Enlisting the support of TV personality Tony Robinson, he produced ‘Recycling Land’, an animated educational film that won the Creative East Awards ‘Best Non-Broadcast Award’ 2007.

Brands Rob has previously worked for include Puma, McDonald’s, ESCADA, Rattling Stick, Wickes, IGN, Dixons Carphone, National Trust, KPMG, Spotlight, NHS, Warner Bros. Studios, BBC Studio Works, Elstree Studios, The Big Shot, and Working Title Films.

In 2011, Rob set up a business offering web, social, and video services to a broad range of clients based out of the world-famous Elstree Studios. He developed a global film and animation competition for children and young people called ‘A Sense Of…’. Partners included Creative England, Spotlight, Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden, Elstree Studios, and Royal Opera House Bridge. The project enabled hundreds of young people from disadvantaged backgrounds to get a foot on the film industry ladder. In 2015 the project won a Hertfordshire Business Award, and a Gold trophy at the Marcom Awards.

He loves to take clients on a journey of discovery. Rob is very communicative and always seeks to find out what it is that will resonate with a particular audience. His experience is broad having edited shorts; music videos, conference overviews, promos, and live webcasts.

Liron Kroll

Liron is a London based motion designer and visual artist who has studied Visual Communications at H.I.T, Israel and Communication Art and Design at the Royal College of Art. Upon graduating from the RCA she was awarded a residency as a digital artist at EPFL+ECAL Lab in Switzerland.

Liron is extremely passionate about her craft and is able to balance her creative ideas with logical thinking and problem solving to deliver a beautiful final product. She has worked on diverse projects that include motion graphics, animation, as well as network branding and fashion photography productions. Clients include The BBC, Channel 4, Ron Arad Associates, Universal Music and many more.

She has also exhibited and featured in publications such as Motionographer, IDn Magazine, Computer Arts Magazine, Adobe Design Achievement Awards, International Woman’s Film Festival and many more.


Mark Rees

With over 30 years of experience, editing is a true passion for Mark. He is always reinventing himself, exploring new editing styles and applying them to all genres. He avoids being labelled in a single category and thrives to keep his work varied and exciting.

Skilled in Avid, Final Cut Pro and After Effects, he has cut numerous commercials, music videos, as well as feature films. A great problem solver and fast learner with a critical eye for detail, Mark works very well under pressure and never shies away from innovation.

Recent clients include Raw Tv, Blast Films, IWC Media, Nutopia, Wag TV, World Media Rights.


Juan Fernando Pinzon Moreno

Originally from Colombia, Juan has over a decade of experience in TV, films, corporate and documentaries as self-shooter, director and editor. With a degree in Film and Television, his career started with the dream of being a director and he had the amazing opportunity to produce and direct a documentary about the indigenous Tikuna people in the Amazon.

Skilled in Final cut 7 and X (all suite), Adobe Premiere CC, After FX (basic), Photoshop – he has more recently focused on working in corporate and documentaries alongside blue chip companies. His work experiences have boosted his creativity, having been able to shoot in a huge variety of locations, from the Amazon Rain Forest to an air-traffic control tower at a London airport. With the freedom of filming and editing his own content, Juan can offer a unique perspective that stands out and captures the attention of viewers.

He was Assistant Director on award winning documentary ‘The Origin of the Tikuna People’ which was recognised at an international level, and he directed social awareness commercials broadcasted on national television and nominated for national awards in Colombia. Recent clients include In the Dark Productions, Airview Group (Colombia), London Stansted, The Sun News paper, Diaego and Philips.

Scott Radnor

Scott is an accomplished off and online broadcast editor and edit producer, working with international broadcasters and production companies since 2005. He has cut documentary, cultural, factual, sport and current affairs TV and is happy to work independently or in collaboration, contributing to the development of formats and storytelling.  He also has an extensive experience cutting promos, music videos & high-end advertising for global brands.

Scott has also produced and directed a number of performance, motion graphics, documentary films and has worked alongside theatre companies and artists, to create compelling and innovative work.

Proficient in using AVID MC6, FCP7, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Apple Color, Scott can work on site or at his fully equipped studio / edit suite based in Brick Lane, Shoreditch.  He is also a senior partner in GlobeStream Training, having written and taught professional film editing courses to hundreds of students over the past nine years.


Derek Andrade

Derek has created content as an animator, director, editor and motion graphics designer for advertising, theatre and music video. He has worked on campaigns for Apple, Duracell, New Look, Google and Philips to mention a few.

As well as his work in advertising Derek has also worked extensively in theatre as a member of London based Theatre Company ‘1927’. Derek’s role in the company is as a stop motion animator and AE compositor working alongside the companies Co-Founder Paul Barritt. Derek has worked on all three of the company’s shows, which have all gone on to tour internationally, receiving rave reviews worldwide.

In 2015 Derek and Paul collaborated on ‘The Krazy Kat Projekt’ with Germany’s ‘Ensemble Musikfabrik’. The pair created a series of 13 animations that were accompanied by the beautiful compositions of David Lang and Oscar Bettison. Derek also works as an educator in FE teaching students stop-motion animation and motion graphics.
