Always Getting Better

This attitude changing film was created to inspire Vision Express store associates to appreciate the individuality of all their customers. It demonstrates that by paying a little attention and feeling some empathy toward them can mean the difference between winning and losing their hearts and ultimately their custom.
The film was formatted for a stunning 31m wide projection with an unusually wide 6;69:1 aspect ratio. The film was then reformatted at 3:1 for the rollout to the whole company post conference.
