Ash is an award winning editor with passion, drive and an amazing aptitude for creative and thought-provoking storytelling. Driven by a relentless pursuit of narrative excellence, Ash’s expertise spans a myriad of subjects, from music and sport to human and social interest, history, and more.

Ash began his editing career in 2005, working with acclaimed British filmmaker Nick Broomfield, on award winning films; His Big White Self, Ghosts and Battle For Haditha. Over the proceeding years he continued to build his documentary experience working alongside; Havana Marking on Afghan Star which went on to win Best World Documentary Director and Audience awards at Sundance 2009. He has also worked with filmmakers; Marc Hoeferlin, John and Katrine Boorman and Andrew Berends, to name a few.

Beyond editing, Ash’s footprint extends across continents, providing invaluable production and post-production solutions to East Africa’s foremost brands. Yet, his heart remains in London, where he continues to weave magic as a sought-after documentary editor and the founder and visionary behind  Bloomsbury Post House, which offers editorial and finishing services and provides full service post production to take projects to screen. Delivering to; production companies, TV, streamers, broadcasters and distributors, including; BBC, Channel 4, Netflix, Amazon, Disney+ and more.

Ash’s recent editing highlights include; Al Fayed – Predator at Harrods for BBC which won the RTS Scoop of the Year Award 2025. It was also nominated for; Best Edited Current Affairs at the BFE Cut Above Awards 2025, Best Current Affairs programme at the Broadcast Awards and Best Current Affairs Documentary (longlist) in the 2025 Grierson Awards. Mysteries of the Terracotta Warriors for Netflix, is nominated for multiple Daytime Emmy Awards 2025 and Ash’s latest film Meeting The Buddha has won Best International Documentary at the Royal Starr Awards 2025.
