Blueberry is a London talent agency for freelance TV post-production talent: editors, assistants, motion graphic designers, animators and colourists. We work with production companies, broadcasters, streamers and creative agencies.

We’ve been representing freelancers in London since 2002. Some of our relationships span much of that time, while others are newer – reflecting a roster that continues to grow and evolve. We represent people at different stages of their careers, from fresh creative voices to highly established specialists.

We take the time to understand their strengths, creative preferences and where they thrive. Years of bookings, conversations and relationships give us a depth of knowledge that goes well beyond credits and availability.

1. Tell us about the brief
Share as much or as little as you have: the project, dates, budget, experience you need and other priorities. We’ll work with you to understand what matters most.

2. We’ll think about who’s right
We’ll draw on what we know about the people we represent, consider who could be right for the project and check their availability and interest.

3. We’ll send you a shortlist
You’ll get carefully considered options, with enough information to choose who you’d like to speak to or book. If helpful, we can connect you with someone who’s worked with them before.

4. We’ll take care of the booking
Once you’ve chosen the right person, we handle contracts, compliance and negotiation, then timesheets, invoicing and payment, keeping things simple so you can focus on the work.
