Laverne Antonio
Laverne is an award winning editor with over 20 years editing experience.
Her career began working in the offices of IWC media as an edit assistant, clipping rushes for their popular Channel 4 show Location, Location, Location.
Laverne then went onto work with RDF Media, where she would again continue to work on award winning prime time shows such as Wife Swap, My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding and Sun, Sex and Suspicious Parents. It was here that she homed in on her editing skills and understanding of program formats and story narrative.
She quickly became versed with the post production process and went on to continue producing engaging content for broadcasters worldwide. Laverne continued moving up the ranks in her editing roles until she became Senior Editor at Discovery Inc, then later working at renowned Silverglade Post as an Online Editor where she continued to apply her editing skills to a range of long form genres.
With a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for detail, Laverne brings a fresh and unique voice to each project she works on. Most of all, Laverne aims to make editing sessions a stress free zone!
