With over a decade of experience and more than 500 hours of content behind him, his work spans international feature documentaries, factual, drama and digital content. Nazim also has professional experience working with generative AI and emerging creative technologies, bringing this knowledge into an evolving editorial landscape.
Nazim edited Notes of a True Criminal, Alexander Rodnyansky’s deeply personal documentary essay exploring his own life alongside pivotal moments in Ukrainian history, which was officially selected for the 82nd Venice International Film Festival. He also edited the final episode of The Zelensky Story for BBC Two, winner of Best Specialist Factual Programme at the 2025 Broadcast Awards, and was Additional Editor on Surviving Syria’s Prisons, longlisted for Best Current Affairs Documentary at the 2026 Grierson Awards.
Alongside long-form documentary, Nazim has experience creating fast-paced content for YouTube and is particularly interested in how new technologies can enhance the creative editing process.
