This episode focuses A profile of medical doctor François Duvalier, AKA ‘Papa Doc’, who ruled Haiti from 1957 to 1971 and declared himself president for life in 1964. He became a ruthless dictator, using violence and voodoo to keep the citizens of Haiti in fear.  Shown on Discovery Channel.
