Daniel Birt

Daniel is a creative, diligent, and versatile editor with a flair for storytelling. Since 2001, he worked across documentaries, children’s programmes, commercials, charity films, studio-based shows, news, corporate videos, short films and even micro-budget features. Fluent in Avid, Final Cut Pro and Premiere Pro, Daniel is passionate about every part of the post-production process. He loves supporting projects from rushes to final delivery and is equally at home with compliance editing/re-versioning. 

Daniel collected a ton of experience in the Food, Drinks and Travel genres working as senior editor at Travel Channel for three years. He most recently put these skills into action in the award-nominated José Andrés and Family in Spain and the acclaimed James Martin’s French Adventure. Another of his career highlights was co-produced and editing two BAFTA-nominated Milkshake Monkey series for Channel 5.
