Storytelling craft and technical know-how go hand in hand in Marc’s editing experience, drawing on a career that has taken him from the technical side of post-production at Discovery to editing Long Form documentaries. His credits span the major UK broadcasters, from daytime programming for BBC One and Channel 4 to prime-time documentaries for Channel 5, alongside extensive experience of US formats and international delivery.
True crime has become a particular strength. Marc has edited across eight series of See No Evil, using CCTV, archive and first-hand accounts to construct compelling investigations, alongside credits including Netflix’s I Am a Killer, 911: Did the Killer Call?, Body Cam, American Monster and The Devil Speaks. His work demands both pace and sensitivity, finding the human story within complex cases while building engaging narratives from real footage.
Marc’s range extends into science, history, natural history and engineering. His credits include Disaster Autopsy, When Sharks Attack 360 and The Search for Cleopatra. When Sharks Attack 360 was nominated for Best Documentary Series at the Content Innovation Awards 2023. Marc also has experience incorporating AI-generated imagery into traditional archive-led documentary storytelling through his work on Superstructures.
His technical versatility is complemented by a lifelong love of music. A keen musician and drummer, he brings a natural feel for sound, rhythm and timing to the edit.
