Nick has five years’ experience working in TV as an Assistant Editor and Junior Editor.
His assisting experience includes two series of the rushes-heavy ‘Celebrity Hunted’, where he supported up to eight edits at once; as well as a number of programmes in New Zealand in the police, singing competition and documentary genres.
Nick has Junior Editor credits on the quick-turnaround ‘Comic Relief’ celebrity challenge, where the hour long episode aired just three weeks after the edit began; and on an Afghanistan War documentary series. He also has experience cutting promos, pitch videos and casting reels.
Nick is an expert on Avid Media Composer and before working in TV he worked as a copywriter, so has a great sense of story.
