Bav is our most seasoned Talent Agent at Blueberry and joined the company in 2011.  In 2022, Bav became Joint Head of Bookings, alongside Kirsty. The bookings team is guided by their collective knowledge and experience, in serving our clients and nurturing our talent pool. 

A huge fan of documentaries and factual TV, Bav is continually on the lookout for exceptional editors and production companies to collaborate with. Quick, tenacious and meticulous, Bav devotes her time to cultivating each of her relationships, understanding people’s strengths and what makes them tick.  

Bav is also quietly competitive! A driving force in team games, she’ll never pass up an opportunity to play Articulate. Bav also loves travelling to different countries, exploring new places to eat and jazzing up her ramen game.
