Ramon Pascual Sanchez

Ramon joined Blueberry in 2022 as our Operations Coordinator, and has since been promoted to Operations Manager for our parent group Searchlight.   He’s brilliant at solving puzzling problems and creating innovative solutions. 

Originally from Spain, Ramon moved to London in 2013 with a suitcase full of dreams and a trial shift as a Kitchen Porter.  Several years and operations roles later, we met Ramon and quickly realised he’d  be a star player to have on our team. Ramon’s cross-industry experience and appetite for ‘admin innovation’, supported by his background in filmmaking and a BA in Audiovisual Communication, enable him to understand the needs of our business and ensure workflows are streamlined and blockages are resolved swiftly.  

Ramon is a ‘games  master’, his love of all games brings extra fun and hilarity to our daily work.  When he’s not leading the latest board game tournament, you’ll find him practising the 180 Ollie at his local skate park, and being one of the best Tetris players in the country.
