Tool Connect

This film was interesting because it had such a strong look. It was filmed using anamorphic lenses to create the lovely lens flares you see throughout. The idea was to cut in and out of the backlight to create an exciting and tense promo for this groundbreaking technology. As well as the edit, Mark created the entire sound-bed from many different elements as we knew library music just would be bespoke enough. Wanting to avoid using the actual tool sounds Mark created bespoke sounds for each tool to maintain the surreal/futuristic feeling of the piece.
