Rob proposed a full digital revamp, including the website, social media, and job postings. Collaborating with a web developer, he redesigned the recruitment landing page, optimized social channels, and provided high-quality stills to create a cohesive, branded online presence for a seamless applicant experience.

Rob also produced, directed, and edited a 2-minute main video, along with short social clips designed to drive traffic to the website. Featuring intimate staff interviews blended with high-end camera and drone footage, the videos create an engaging and authentic portrayal of the company.
