Neil Emmanuel

Neil Emmanuel has drawn his way into many roles as a motion graphic designer, storyboard artist, cartoonist / comic artist, children’s book artist, painter and photographer.

As the principle 2D motion graphics artist on the award-winning show “Time Team”, Britain’s greatest historical TV show, Neil was responsible for creating rich and informative content for over a decade.

Since going freelance in 2010 he worked for many channels; BBC, Channel 4, ITV, Nat Geo, History Channel, as well as production companies and films, using his artistic skills to create illustrated and animated motion graphics, storyboards and concept work. Neil spent a few years exploring the world of Event Scribing where he also mixed and learned from other talented artists and facilitators in a highly creative and dynamic environment.

Continually pushing his creative expression, Neil has  completed his first historical children’s book with West Midlands History called “Hunting for History: Saxon Gold,” which is available on Amazon and and a mask making course with the Florentine master Agostino Dessi. Neil also teaches Storyboarding at Media Training LTD.

Stella Belle Hex

Belle Hex is the brainchild of award-winning, multifaceted animator-director, Stella, who tells stories through various forms of visual language. With her background in animation and graphic design, alongside her playful relationship with illustration and installation, she creates content for music videos, theatre and performance, festival stages and commercials. Having collaborated with a diverse mixture of individuals and companies, her management skills and experience in client-based interactions are also well established. Matt Sheern

Matt is an imaginative motion graphics designer with extensive experience in broadcast, social, and print work. He has been bringing ideas to life since 2010. An established creative with over 360 campaigns under his belt, Matt works across various platforms and themes.

He brings an extensive knowledge of motion graphics, animation, storytelling, design and brand awareness to any brief. He uses Photoshop and After Effects to conceptualise ideas from the ground up and as team leader guides other designers/animators in executing those ideas.

Jody McAlavey

Jody is a seasoned video editor and motion designer with over 14 years of experience under his belt. His forte lies in short form content and commercial work, where his exceptional attention to detail and versatile skillset are most evident, setting him apart.

He began his editing career by assisting on television documentaries for Ten Alps. Over time, his practice has expanded to include short form content. TV commercials, music videos, branded content for major brands, and internal comms videos are some of the projects Jody’s left a mark on.

Recently, he has added motion design to his practice and has created content for brands such as Virgin, Ricoh and LADbible. His tools of choice are Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator. He’s also learning Cinema 4D and Octane Render with a view to adding 3D design and animation to his toolset soon.

Chris Conway

Chris is a 3D generalist, motion graphics designer and technical specialist with over 30 years’ of experience. He helps studios and companies market their concepts and products by creating unique visuals that communicate the brand’s design language.

Chris has an encyclopaedic knowledge of complex systems and loves technical or creative challenges. His primary tools are Cinema 4D and Adobe After Effects. His highlights include working on the London 2012 Olympic Games, and his clients range from the award-winning Genesis Beijing to Meraas, Apple, Diageo, Google, Minecraft and Tesco.

Daniele Baiardini

Hailing from Rome, Daniele is a Motion Designer, Animator and Editor who completed a 3-year course in Comic Drawing before discovering his passion for animation, learning the basics as assistant 2D animator. Moving to Turin to attend the Italian National Film School’s Animation Department, he studied different film-related topics and covered all areas of animation developing both 2D and 3D skills.

Daniele’s key specialisation is After Effects, ranging in the vastitude of the software: from compositing to VFX, from tracking to Motion Graphics, rigging and animating characters. He is technically proficient using the whole Adobe package and Mocha.

Along his technical skills he also has excellent artistic skills painting and drawing with acrylic colours or Pantone markers or pastels and has been doing video installations. Clients he’s been working for include M&C Saatchi, WhiteCoat Productions, Prime Focus Film.

Rosa Lykiardopoulos

Rosa is a wildly creative senior motion graphic designer, compositor, animation director and digital artist. She has a charming, quirky, fun style and a strong storytelling instinct. With an incredible eye for detail and excellent technical knowledge, Rosa is highly reliable and a pleasure to work with.

Her unique work has been featured in books, magazines, galleries and festivals. Past clients include Motorola, Pepsi, Sainsbury’s, Homebase, BT, Guinness, EMAP, Granite Records and PIMP Magazine. Rosa is proficient in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere and Poser. She is fluent in French and Spanish and has a basic command of Italian.

Harry Fisher

Harry is a D&AD commended Motion Graphics Designer and Editor with a degree in Digital Media from Leeds College of Art and Design.

His wide skill set includes Motion Graphics Design / Video Editing / Animation / VFX / Post-Production / Beauty Retouch / Compositing / Tracking / Roto / Keying.

Previous to becoming freelance in 2016, Harry worked as Post-Production Specialist at Burberry where he quickly climbed the ladder to become a Senior Motion Designer/Editor. He was responsible for a huge variety of tasks ranging from editing, motion graphics and animation work, beauty retouch, compositing and with the addition of the OOH creative output.

He’s great at following a project through from concept through to delivery, bringing the vision to life in a creative way.

Harry is also a fun, passionate, easy going and communicative team player, committed to the responsibility of ensuring only top work leaves the door. Recent clients include Google, Apple, Nokia, Orange, T-Mobile, Argos, Channel 4, Mexico Tourist Board, Monarch, Cadbury and Dannon.

Samantha Havard

Samantha is an experienced motion graphics designer offering a wealth of experience in broadcast, digital, and social media advertising. A proud 2D and 3D generalist, Sam has a passion for character animation and typographic animation, as well as photo-real rendering in Arnold.

She enjoys working with clients from concept to final output and is confident in storyboarding, asset creation, animation and editing. Sam is proficient in After Effects, Cinema 4D, Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, Audition and plug-ins, including 3DElement, Particular and Duik. Her client list includes Apple, Bose, Kellogg’s, Nestle, Vodafone, Heinz, and McDonalds.

Bobb Strongman

Bobb provides a range of animation and post production services including CG modelling and animation, compositing, visual effects, motion graphics and editing. He has worked for many prominent European broadcasters, as well as corporate clients and film makers.

Broadcast and production clients include: Aardman Animations, BBC, BT Sport, Cartoon Network, Citigroup, Disney, Diva, Diverse Productions, ESPN, Eurosport, HIT Entertainment, ITV, NBC Universal, M&C Saatchi, Smoke & Mirrors and Sky Television.


Matthew Lee

Matthew is an EMMY award winning Motion Graphics Designer and Animation Director. He has been working in the field of Motion Graphics for the last 10 years. Matthew has  many years professional industry experience including the role of head of Motion Graphics at BAFTA award winning studio Jellyfish Pictures.

Matthew is used to working in a hands on role focusing equally on design and animation aspects. He is confident working in multiple roles from intial ideas generation, liasing with the client, storyboarding, design, animation and direction.

Ben Cumberbatch

Ben is a highly diverse creative multi platform designer with over 10 years experience. A conceptual thinker, he has directed live action shoots, produced title sequences and animated graphics across a wide range of brands, premium sport content and corporate clients. An advanced C4D user coupled with the adobe creative suite, Ben creates thoughtful graphic solutions and impactful images.

Bens’s clients include Adidas, Microsoft, Formula 1, CITI bank, The Hilton Group, The Premier League to name a few.

Chooi-Leng Tan

Chooi-Leng has over 20 years of experience across motion graphic design, 3D, illustration, animation, video editing, stop-motion, and compositing. She excels at generating fresh ideas from briefs and solving problems. Her regular clients include Turner Broadcasting, BT Sport, Disney, Citigroup and Viacom. Her favoured tools? Adobe Premiere and After Effects.

A graduate of Central St Martins with a MA in Industrial Design, Chooi-Leng’s work combines an appreciation of space, materials, and structures. She always sets out to fully grasp the project objectives and needs. And as a result, her careful plans ensure projects are completed on time and successfully.

Federico Parodi

Federico is an animator and video maker based in London, he’s been working in the UK media industry for over 12 years.

He mostly focuses on motion graphics however he has very strong character 2D animation and storytelling skills also.

Federico’s portfolio also includes compositing and character animation for TV series, documentaries, videoclips and shorts. He’s really keen on exploring different techniques such as stop motion, rear-projection and cut out.

Federico also is a piano and keyboard player, so music and sound always play a major role in his work.

Darren Agnew

Darren is a freelance motion graphic designer with experience creating channel brands, graphic packaging for episodic programs and producing quality daily graphics for live news, sport and current affairs.

A skilled creative leader and team player, he prides himself on being able to successfully navigate the challenges of any project he undertakes, to deliver valuable and memorable creative solutions.

Darren has also been a CGI director and VFX supervisor/animator, focusing in particular on the visualisation of abstract concepts. One of his most recent standout projects was creating the brand for UK African entertainment
channel YANGA!, broadcast on Sky.
